Go Big or Go Home Questions: Low Battery

It is so easy to get caught in the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day grind. In doing so we often forget to take time for ourselves, to recharge our battery until it is too late and we hit a wall.

What’s ironic, when we are pushing ourselves over the limit we often think we are getting more done. In reality, not only are we not performing at our best, but most times we are not working as effectively and efficiently. (How can we when we are running on an empty battery?)

So here’s the Go Big, Go Home question…

What are you willing to do, starting today, to recharge your battery?

Remember, self care is critical to not only your well-being, but your success.

Susan, bless your heart. I am so sorry to hear that you were sick. I hope your holiday helps you to recharge your battery. :) Is there something that you can do on a daily basis, even if just for 10 minutes, that will help you to recharge?

Please be well...

Wow...this is so relevant it's spooky. :)

I had to recharge today. Actually, I just couldn't face the world. So I took the day off, spent some quality me time...talked with a friend, ran an errand, and worked on my vision board. I went from a teary-eyed sense of confusion to sitting on the floor with my vision board, gorgeous music in the background to heal my soul, and beaming from ear to ear.

There are days when chasing the Benjamins is the least important thing in life. Taking this day to recharge has paid me well in physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits.

Keep up the great posts Pam. Thanks!

You express some great ideas here. When a person discovers the secret to personal motivation, life will change for the better. Its up to each of us to influence the forward motion of our journey. When we're inspired by positive people, life simply gets better.
